Hi, I am Manika Kadian — a Counselling Psychologist based in New Delhi, India, offering online therapy sessions across India. I believe taking care of your mind is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. I created Mansikcare to be a slow, safe, and entirely focused online therapy space for anyone who needs it.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, trauma, or relationship concerns — or simply carrying something you haven't been able to put into words yet — you will always be met here without judgement. Online therapy sessions at Mansikcare are 50 minutes each, conducted via secure video call from anywhere in India.
